Cancellations & Refunds

We want you to feel comfortable booking with The Soul Compass. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your consultation free of charge if you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Simply reply to your confirmation email or contact us.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed appointments, are non-refundable, as the time slot is reserved specifically for you.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
